Terms of Service

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service to create, view, and share Plus-Plus style building instructions and digital creations.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Upload harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to disrupt or misuse the platform

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

2. Accounts and Age Restrictions

Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Children Under 13: The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, you are strictly prohibited from creating an account or submitting any personal information to the Service. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information and terminate the account immediately. Parents or guardians who believe their child has created an account may contact us at hello@plusplusinstructions.com to request deletion.

3. User Content and Digital Creations

The Service includes a digital canvas allowing users to design and create 2D and 3D digital building structures ("User Content"). The Service does not permit the upload of photographic images, video files, or external media.

By creating, sharing, or publishing any 2D or 3D digital design on the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, publish, and distribute your digital model within the Service.

Age Restrictions on Saving Content: Users under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from creating accounts to save or sync digital designs to our cloud servers. If a user under 13 wishes to design and save builds, they must use the app's offline local storage mode or utilize an account managed entirely by a parent or guardian.

4. Payments (Creator Studio)

We offer a paid subscription ("Creator Studio Pro") and one-time purchases of individual PRO builds. These are digital goods delivered immediately through the Service.

Subscription

• Payments are billed in advance (monthly or yearly) after a potential trial period
• You can cancel anytime
• While your Creator Studio Pro subscription is active, PRO builds in the catalog are included at no extra charge
• No refunds except where required by law. Because these are digital goods supplied immediately, you acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content may not apply once delivery has begun with your consent

Free trial

We may offer a free trial for certain Creator Studio Pro plans (for example, the yearly plan). Trial availability, length, and included features may change over time.

• During a free trial, printable PDF downloads for 3D instructions and printable books may be limited (currently up to 5 pages per download) to prevent trial abuse
• Shorter PDFs within that limit may be downloaded in full. Longer PDFs may be offered as a limited preview (first pages only), or you may end the free trial to download the full PDF
• If you choose to end the free trial early to unlock full PDF downloads, your paid subscription begins immediately and you will be charged according to the plan you selected at checkout
• Ending a free trial early is optional. You may continue using other trial features without ending the trial, subject to the limits described above
• We may adjust or remove trial download limits, or end trials that we reasonably believe are being abused

One-time PRO build purchases

A one-time PRO build purchase unlocks that specific build for your account, including access to its interactive instructions, printable instructions, and replace-colors features.

• Access is personal to the purchasing account and is not transferable
• Purchased builds may receive minor updates or corrections to the original build (for example piece counts, colors, or step fixes). Those changes are included in your purchase
• No refunds except where required by law. Because these are digital goods supplied immediately, you acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content may not apply once delivery has begun with your consent

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by us.

Plus-Plus trademark is owned by its respective owners and does not sponsor or endorse this platform.

6. Personal Use Only - No Resale

Content you access or download through the Service, including building instructions, printable books, PDFs, images, and other digital materials, is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Sell, resell, or commercially redistribute downloaded instructions or books
• Offer paid copies, bundles, or print-on-demand versions of our content
• Use downloaded materials as products in your own store, marketplace listing, or paid service

Personal printing for yourself, your family, or classroom use is allowed. Commercial resale or redistribution is not.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may:

• Update features
• Modify or discontinue parts of the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
• User-generated content

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• We are required to do so by law

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
